YOUR TEACHER

Jan has been teaching yoga and practicing therapeutic massage for over 25 years. She is a licensed massage therapist and has reached the status of 500 hr Registered yoga Teacher through Yoga Alliance.

She loves sharing from her own dedicated practice of yoga and meditation and from her extensive education. She has over 5,000 hours of yoga, massage and bodywork coursework.

She has helped hundred of people in the St. Louis region by relieving chronic pain and stress. She expands overall health and well-being while renewing joy. Her goal in both therapeutic massage and in yoga practice is to share and expand benefits such as pain and stress relief, mobility, balance, strength, flexibility, centering, calming, happiness and peace.
