Swing Stronger, PLay Longer with Allie
Swing Stronger, Play Longer is a two-part workshop designed to help golfers move better, swing faster, and reduce injury risk. Led by TPI-certified physical therapist Allie Wilson, this interactive series connects the dots between your body and your swing through personalized movement screens, targeted mobility, and golf-specific strength training. Whether you want more distance, more consistency, or fewer aches and pains, you’ll walk away with clear, individualized strategies to elevate your performance.

Cardio Circuit with Marcia
Join Marcia for two make up classes from the Cardio Circuit Pop Up series.
This class will challenge your cardio system utilizing step aerobics and low impact aerobic movements with alternating sets of strength training in a circuit format. After a full body warm up, we will move through 6 circuits which will include balance and core exercises. We will end with a full body stretch for mobility. All levels welcome!
