Tai Chi Pop Up with Herb
This is a gentle, low-impact class designed to improve balance, flexibility, and coordination through slow, flowing movements. It’s suitable for individuals of any fitness level or age, incorporating mindful breathing and concentration to promote both physical and mental well-being. No experience necessary, modifications available to accommodate individual needs.

Core & More Pop up with Marcia
Working with several different tools (the JUVO Board, BOSU, Balance Beams, resistance tubing and Thera balls), we will explore core strength, general joint stability and balance to enhance your activities of daily living. No experience necessary, all levels welcome.
Six week series: Thursdays 4:15 - 5:15pm CST

SMART Pilates Arc with Emilee
Leveraging the unique shape of the Pilates Arc Barrel, you will experience core strength, spinal mobility, and flexibility with support from the curves of the arc. Open to a variety of fitness levels with modifications as needed. This class is ideal for enhancing dynamic posture through spinal extension and core support.
